Every date in your sheet, reminded on time, with the sheet closed.
Reminders go out from your own address before each date, to you or to the person on the row. If anything ever stops them, you hear about it the same day.
Everything included for 30 days, then $5 a month. No card to start.
Some dates hurt when they slip.
A lease ends and nobody noticed until the tenant called.
A licence expires and the fine arrives before the renewal form does.
You wrote the date down.
The spreadsheet had no way to tell you.
Sheet Reminders is the part that tells you.
Nobody has to open the sheet.
Once an hour, Sheet Reminders reads the tabs you set reminders on and sends whatever is due, at the hour you chose.
The laptop can stay shut for a week and the check still runs.
Fifty spreadsheets or one, each gets its own hourly check.
Each row keeps its own timing.
Tick the days before you want a warning: 60, 30, 14, 7, 3, 1, on the day itself, or any number up to 365.
Keep weekends clear, and a reminder that lands on a Saturday goes out on the Friday.
A row can repeat weekly, monthly or yearly, or on its own cycle: every 90 days, twice a year, cada 3 meses.
A monthly bill entered once comes back every month on its own.
Tick Done and the reminders stop. On a repeating row, Done means done this time: the row moves to its next date and the service is written to a log.
Change a date and it reminds again. Dates already past when you switch it on stay quiet, so setup never floods your inbox.
You can see it working.
Every reminder sent is written to a Reminders log tab in the sheet, with who got it and when.
Every Monday you get a short note: how many went out last week, how many are coming this week.
If a run fails, because a tab was deleted or a permission was revoked, you get one email that day saying what went wrong. The hourly checks keep trying, and once it is sorted they send what came due in the meantime.
Only what you choose goes out, to the people you choose.
The reminder carries the fields you name and nothing else from the row. Each email links back to its row.
Type @ in a cell and pick a person from your contacts, and their email comes with them. Several people per cell are fine.
Give a name on the People tab a WhatsApp number, and those reminders reach your inbox as one-tap buttons with the message already written. You press send.
Reminders come out in English or Spanish, following the language of your spreadsheet.
Start from a ready-made sheet.
Pick one of seven and Sheet Reminders writes the tab for you, example rows included, with the reminders already on.
An everything list, contract and subscription renewals, bills and payments, staff certifications and documents, leases and rentals, equipment maintenance, client follow-ups.
Or point a rule at the columns you already have. It guesses which column holds the dates and who to email, and you confirm.
Free for 30 days, then $5 a month.
Everything is included in the trial. It starts the first time you save a rule, not when you install, and there is no card to enter.
When the 30 days end and you have not subscribed, the reminders pause, and the sidebar tells you so. Nothing is deleted. Subscribe when you are ready and they start again, including anything that came due in between.
Google caps how many emails an account can send in a day, about 100 on a free Gmail account and 1,500 on Workspace. If a run reaches the cap, you get the alert and the rest go out the next day.
What it asks permission for
To see all your spreadsheets, because the hourly check runs with the sheet shut. It opens only the spreadsheets you set reminders on.
To send email as you, because reminders go out from your own address.
