Terms of service
Last updated November 5, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Bullseye Interviews, Inc. ("we") about the Sheet Reminders add-on for Google Sheets. By installing or using it you accept them. If you use it for an organization, you accept them for that organization.
What you get
Sheet Reminders reads the dates in the Google Sheets spreadsheets where you turn it on and sends the reminders you set up, by email from your own Google account. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
Trial and price
- You get a 30-day free trial with every feature. It starts the first time you save a reminder rule or use a template, not when you install.
- After the trial, Sheet Reminders costs $5 a month per Google account, billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel. Prices may include tax where the law requires it.
- If the trial ends and you have not subscribed, your reminders pause. We tell you by email and in the sidebar, nothing is deleted, and subscribing turns them back on.
- You can cancel at any time from the subscription page or by writing to us. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund partial months, except where the law says we must.
- If we change the price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Your part
- Send reminders only to people who expect them, and follow the law on email you send.
- Do not use Sheet Reminders to send spam, to harass anyone, or to break Google's terms.
- Your spreadsheets and their contents are yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the add-on for you.
Limits we cannot control
Reminders are sent through your Google account, so Google's limits apply: about 100 recipients a day on a free Gmail account and about 1,500 on Google Workspace. When a limit is reached, or Google is down, or a spreadsheet changes so a rule no longer fits, a reminder can be late or not go out. The add-on tells you by email when that happens and catches up when it can. Do not rely on Sheet Reminders as the only safeguard for something where a missed date could cause serious harm.
No warranty
Sheet Reminders is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including a missed deadline, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Sheet Reminders in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using Sheet Reminders at any time by removing it. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms, and we will give 30 days' notice by email if we stop offering Sheet Reminders.
Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top and, for changes that matter, tell you by email before they apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
